Hill and Hollow farm is nestled in the wooded hillsides of south central Kentucky. The farm was once abandoned leaving the fields merely overgrown rather than ravaged by constant crops of tobacco and the accompanying application of chemicals. Rejuvenate we are now in our eighth season of working the fields and employ natural methods of intensive gardening, inter planting, mulching, drip tape irrigation, and terrace gardens along side traditional row run crops to produce an array of vegetables may through October.
